Bill, I wish you would have p-mailed me with this problem first. Out of over 20 of these this is the first report of leakage. Are you sure that you put the fuel pressure regulator pointing to the front of the van? The throttle body usually just touches the fuel rail (no real pressure). If there is excessive pressure then something is wrong (perhaps you did not trim enough off of the plastic tabs on the fuel rail and they are hitting something?). It could be a problem with a seal (hey we live in the real world where you sometimes get duds of anything). I would be glad to fix any problem you have. The instructions are light because this is a relatively simple install (takes about 30 mins max). In the future please p-mail me first with any concerns/problems you may have.
