Subject: Big Valves for me?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

So my fiance' (the same one who i bought the '65 karmann ghia with as a "bonding" project car) and i are getting into the swing of shared finances. This morning i asked her for approval for the first time on a significant purchase - a set of big valve heads for the wbx i am rebuilding.

"Do you need them"? well, no... it really is more a matter of want.

"Can you afford them?" well... kinda

"Will they make your life better in some way?" well... maybe

"So if you had to accellerate really fast to avoid some SOB in an SUV with a cell phone, you'd be safe?" well... yeah

"Get 'em!"

Rock on... i'm going to like being married! :-) Big valves it is for me and my van. 2325 displacement with big valves. Should be a good time.

Just thought i would share that with the list :-)

-Damon
