Ken, while this may very well be legitimate, the catch is that with a credit card, payment for the order can be contested AFTER you have shipped and it has left the shores of the USA. I would not touch this with a ten foot pole without extensive ground work.!!

Also be careful of out of country orders offering to pay by cashiers check. This too is full of pitfalls.

To do business out of country, Canada being an exception, I would contact the EXIM Bank for information. Also you might take a look at the Wells Fargo Bank web site. They have a lot of info regarding international business transactions. Another place to get info is from one of the World Trade Centers scattered across the country. The one nearest me is in Atlanta, GA. Don't know where the nearest would be to you, but I'm sure there is one somewhere near your neck of the woods.
