Yeah, counterweighted crank... i know there is some debate on whether this is necessary. I figure that it can only do good, and it doesn't cost that much more since it is already getting stroked out.

Stock rods with 1.9 hardware (per archival list suggestion). I have shared other list members concerns that these may be too short, but again, real world applications have shown these to be fine in practice at much higher outputs than i'll be running.

The pistons are going to be shaved down a bit to keep compression ratio right (taking about .140" off the top). They are getting the total seal rings.

Can't remember the specific grind on the cam, but it is just a little hotter off stock.

Going to keep 2.1 intake, but run 1.9 cooling and FI systems (going in my '84 westy). New hoses all the way around, etc.

Gonna balance it after i get it put together... hopefully it'll purr at idle and have a little bit of a roar when necessary.
