Have you looked at the power supply?
A fuse might be bad.
Or  switch.
Or a broke wire in door loom.
Have you look at these things?

Subject: Power Mirrors don't work
I have a 89 westy. The mirrors worked at one time, now they don't. Any
ideas what it could be? Both the driver and passanger side mirrors.
