Hi folks,

In the saga of me botching an easy install, I have figured out what was going
on.  The throttle-body housing was making too much contact with the fuel
rail, which put pressure on it and made it leak.  I took everything off, and
it all was OK.  I installed the fuel rail and tested it, it was fine.  So, I
trimmed a scant bit off the throttle-body housing and plug, a suggestion
given by another Tiico-er.  Also, I enlarged the bolt holes a smidge, just a
little, so that the throttle-body could be shifted a slight bit over.  It all
went in well, and is working fine.

I have to wonder if my intake manifold was miscast or improperly drilled, or
has some other hidden defect.  I had lots of trouble with my original fuel
rail.  It was a very tight fit, and I had to trim the hoses on my injectors
to the bare minimum.  Even then, the rail was pressing against the
throttle-body and eventually wore through.  I had to weld it, then JB Weld
it, then wrapped tubing around it to prevent it from being damaged again.

Oh, well, only a day wasted, and it's running again.  Now to figure out why
my adaptation setting is at 250.
