An upside to having this down time in Denver has been the opportunity to begin re-reading Travels with Charley - Steinbeck.

One of today's passages,

"You dig me up ten, able bodied Americans who aren't afraid to have a conviction, an idea, or an opinion in an unpopular field, and I'll have the major part of a standing army".

Reminds me of some of the folks on this list.
