You may have glazed your pads by overheating them when
they were new, try a 60-80 grit sand paper over the
face of them to ruff the surface of the pads so that
the they can seat again to the rotor, also make sure
that you put some disc-quite on the backing plate of
the pads. Hope this helps. Phil
