Figure about $125-$150 bucks and 70+lbs per battery The batteries probably have a useful life span of 7-10 years.

Even if the electricity to charge them was free, (we pay more than that here) it would be a crummy deal. And what exciting performance specs... 0-50mph in *20* seconds! I've had 1200cc split window busses that would eat that alive!

I wonder where all those batteries fit?
