Subject: Wanted - rack, tow hitch, awning, etc
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I am in the market for a few accessories for my 84 westy. I thought I should post to the list first, just in case someone has any of these items about and would like to find a good home for them. I hope this isn't a waste of bandwidth for those in digest mode.

In order of priority -

1. City power cord - prefer one just like my existing somewhat ratty OEM cord. I may put another tail on this one.

2. Receiver type hitch.

3.Awning - preferably the sweet Shady Boy but I will consider other self contained mounted quick set up.

4. Brown water tank - saw the posts for this one so I am assuming I should go to the same place for one.

5. Paulchen rack - looking for a decent condition used prefer the old style referenced on vanagon.com. Will entertain anything that can carry a few bikes etc.

6. Third seat - the ever elusive 3rd seat or captain kirk chair. I can live without this for the $350-400 I see them listed for. I am looking for one that needs to be recovered etc for considerably less.
