Well, all you needed to do was look at the subject line and see the question
was about a '90 Cabriolet. I stated that in the event that the Cabby was a
late '90 (Digifant)it would work. Since yesterday I have gone out to my yard
and looked at my '84 Jetta that has an '88 engine and FI from a Jetta. It is
a 2 wire unit. I then checked a '90 Jetta when I got to work; it is also a 2
wire unit. I also checked the 2 Digifant 1 Corrado engines that are here at
the shop and they are 2 wire units. I then looked in the Bentley manual for
the wiring diagrams and there are NO,0,none,zippo three wire ISV for
Digifant 1 or 2.
So I say to you; go look yourself. Or maybe you are confusing CIS/CIS-E with
Digifant injection systems.
