recently had a rebuilt transmission (170,something miles)
recently had new starter, new water pump, and alternator...


of course hoses split from mechanics tightening the clamps too much.


hard starting.


it sat for about 1 1/2 years before having the transmission job done.


i'm looking for suggestions from fellow listmembers for fine tuning my
vanagon.and preventing/ maintaining future problems with the cooling system.
