I use Yahoo!Autos to track and record the services I do on my van. It will send you oil change reminders via email if you like. Its nice because you can access it from any computer with an internet connection. You can export it to an excel spreadsheet, which I do once a month for backup purposes. I track fuel usage and mileage in Quicken by putting the mileage, amount of fuel and cost per gallon in the notes field. I keep a separate VISA account for any van related expenses. Since I use it for business, it makes taxes a lot easier to do. Good luck,
