There's always more to seam rust than meets the eye.  It won't fall apart
tomorrow, but you should keep in mind that no matter what you do to this
rust short of cutting it out and welding in new metal, it'll probably come
back.  Unless you're after a pristine, like-new Vanagon that probably
shouldn't stop you, since ones with no seam rust are rare.
