I wouldn't agree that the hardcopy (book) is nicer.

Typically, before starting any repair, I do a search
on the Bentley CD-ROM for any relevant info I need to
do that particular repair and print out just those
pages. I make notes of the repair on the pages as
necessary, then include them with the parts receipts
in the maintenance folder I keep for the van. If I get
them greasy, I print out another copy.

Its also a lot easier to get the grease off the
keyboard/laptop than it is to get it off of the
Bentley pages. :>)

The only downside is having to take a laptop with you
on trips, but on my last long trip, we actually had 4
laptops in the van for 5 passengers. I had to bring
along another inverter.
