Larry you sound like just enough of a geek to own a pda of some type. If so
I use a nice program called auto slate. It provides mileage and service log,
reminders of minor and major service intervals etc. PDA based you can enter
it on the fly then pull it back down to your laptop for the 3d color graphic
analysis that is required ;)

Also - glad to see the references to Travels with Charley. This was a
favorite of mine when I was young. Little did I know it would lead to
vanagonosis.
