Hi all, well an impending problem has been getting worse bit by bit, and so I figured I'd see if any idea's were available before I started. When I was driving in 3rd the other day the bus did the inermittant sydrome "buck", only once, then picked up and kept going. It did this again the next afternoon, again only once while I was stepping on the gas in 3rd, then picked up again and kept going. But last night I was on my way home from school, and it started raining, and the bus started to do it again this time while in 4th, but again while stepping on the gas; the only thing is that it seemed to be getting alot worse, it happened more frequently on that trek home. So, I don't really think that it is the vanagon syndrome, because it seems that it only occurs when I let off the gas and step back on, or when I'm lightly stepping on the gas it seems. Which leads me to believe it's a fuel system problem. Any idea's on what frequently might be bad in this situation. Or should I just throw some fuel system cleaner in there and see how it does? Maybe change the filter too........please let me know.thanx,Tracy85' GL "Ripple"soon 65' Splitty |
