LIstees, On the way home from camping about 4 hours away last weekend my 81 lost power considerably. I believe she is getting spark and fuel because she will idle real roughly but will die if I remove any of the 4 plug wires. The exhaust has a white color to it. I don't have a compression tester but I'm thinking it might be a stuck valve or something similar. My problem is I've never done any valve work so I would appreciate any thoughts on my situation and any pointers or suggestions anyone might have. I did buy one new fuel injector and replaced all of the old ones one at a time with the new one. It ran about the same each time. Thanks in advance, dylan |
