I think 'vanagon syndrome' is used to discribe sudden loss of power and even cutting out while driving. In most cases the car comes back to full life if you stop the car and re-start it. Now this being said I've read various solutions to fix these problems.... and I suspect that a variety of problems are all being diagnoses as the dreaded syndrome. By this I mean not everybody's got the same problem, but same symptoms. In your case, if the problem is idle related I suggest you keep your search directed to idle related problems, and not the syndrome.... Regards, Shawn. |
