I Just finished changing the clutch master cylinder.  Some what of a messy
job.  It looks like it was leaking from under the top boot.  The question I
have is:  what to do with the bad one?  Pitch it is easy; can it be rebuilt;
or save it for a future core charge?


There are "minor parts" repair kits for $20 or so.  I not aware that
"rebuilt" cylinders are available, though anything is possible.  If the bore
is smooth and the piston is OK you can use the minor repair kit, but do you
want to store that thing for 10+ years until you need it?
