Not sure if a trip up to Wisconsin would work out for you.  Steve
Paulkner runs SRP Automotive in West Bend (N.W. of Milwaukee). Steve
specializes in VW and has a bus and vanagon;  has estimated my 90 at
about $1,000 for the "vanagone" head gaskets".  I think he has done many
of these...that's the important thing.
