Hmmm. Could the dust shield thingy be a little crooked somehow and bumping against the spring or shock body?

I put a set of KYB on the front of mine a couple weeks ago. Much better than the old worn out ones! No weird noises...

Did you do all 4 corners? Does it come from front or back?
