mine did and it did'nt even drip the seal was violated and it was causing all kinds of coolant pushing AKA air in the system, I drove many miles to make it around, maybe like over 2000, but I was also having to dump my over flow tank just so it would'nt over flow and stray everywhere, but sometimes it did. kinda reckless but we made it. before this we got the van with a slow drip from a P.O and drove it many miles and it ran good. Now we have a rebuilt and its doing fine.
