I have the power for my Fog lamp/running lamps coming right off the back of the fuse box. L/H side on the rear is a few empty power lugs. Be sure to add a relay for full power, and amperage lighting. Good Evening, Fred

Mounted a set of fog lamps on my '90 Carat this evening. In a month or so plan on wiring relays for high + low + fog lamps and will be getting 12v directly from the battery, but in the meanwhile will just run the fog lamps from a switch in the dash. Where is it easiest to get the 12v from? Used a voltmeter and found that the #2 slot in the empty relay 7 position (lower left) on the relay panel is hot when the ignition is on. Can I run a wire with an in-line fuse from this slot for the fog lamps? thanks to all for all the previous great advice.
