Robert, I 'm highly suspicious of things that require grease but don't have a greasing schedule. Guess it comes from my old aviation days. I like to grease my CV's every couple of years at minimum, but it also if I have racked up a lot of miles in a shorter time. There may be a problem with the type of grease. This is a good reason for routine inspections, as in airplanes. If the frequency of greasing needs to be increased, inspeciton will reveal the need. I realize it's a PITA on CV's but what else is new on a V-gon. Regards, John Rodgers 88 GL Driver Robert Keezer wrote: >Recently someone posted that their CV joint(s) were drying up and making noise.
