Strong words, I know, but here is the story. Purchased a gas cap for my 84 westy and it did not fit (wrong size). They told me to send it back and I did (back in feb). I got the right size from the dealer. I called several times to determine when they would credit me (it as $14 and $10 to ship). Each time they said; "it will take a few weeks to process".well, I forgot about this in April, was going through some paperwork today and found the invoice and called. Yes, they had record that I was sending the item back, but no one there could say for sure if it arrived or not.perhaps I could call back in a few days? Lesson learned, go someplace else! |
