I agree with most of the comments on this, but if you ever visit Southern California (Santa Monica or Venice Beach) or a few cities North that I will not mention.  The number of "stupid is as stupid does" becomes fairly abundant.  I used to question the sanity of such individuals, now I simply ignore tune the whole thing out. Due to the numbers of such people, it just wastes too much valuable time to even think about.
