Just a question John: Didn't this posting begin as a link to a solid lifter conversion package on E bay? The E bay offering suggest that all you have to do is intall their kit with pushrod tubes, pushrods, lifters and do nothing about the cam. Perhaps you were referring to another posting that I aparrently missed or haven't followed.
