Two options I know of, the official "Bentley" manual, or the British
edition of the Haynes manual. Both are available at www.busdepot.com.


As far as I know, BusDepot is the only importer of the Haynes manual. It's
cheaper and friendlier than the Bentley, but not as detailed.
