These spouts you speak of; got two in different colors as not to confuse them(of course, forgot I even had two immediately). Did you know that one of those big jugs of motor oil look and feel just like a coolant jug that some of us in the north use too often during the winter, replenishing the vital water boxer liquids. Imagine reaction to seeing oil pour into your overflow tank. Imagine seeing an inch layer of oil on top of your coolant. Imagine trying to syphon just the oil off the top-- the sweet taste of ethylene glycol spoiled by the wretched oil.

chris c wisconsin --------------------------------------------------------------------- Get a filler spout for an antifreeze jug with the 'twist to open' on/off valve built right in, for a buck at any FLAPS. They fit right on the wide mouth oil jugs. I also bought a couple extra ones recently to replace the original leaky spigot type valves on my solar shower bags.
