Subject: Air-cooled Oil Capacity
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; format=flowed

Hi All,

So, I just changed the oil on SuperVan, and it reminded me of a question.

According to the manual, the 2.0 AFC hold 3.7 quarts of oil, yet when I change it, it takes 4.7 to reach the "full" mark on the dipstick. This is an AVP Longblock with factory oil cooler (no aux cooler) and correct filter. I believe that the stick is original, and does not look damaged or "tweaked" Any ideas? Thanks!
