RE: Misubishi Vans & AWD I (and my wife) put many miles on an '88 Colt Vista, a Mitsubishi marketed by Chrysler. Much smaller than the Vanagon, but a great mini/micro van. The 4wd was also great, absolutely no problems in about 60,000 miles and really worked great even in a couple of feet of snow. I'd get really interested in these new vans if they were being imported. BTW, I noticed on the spec page that the 4wd seems to be only available in the short body.
