Subject: Rear Brakes, removing drum from hub

Steve and all, Removing a stuck drum from the hub is easily accomplished by wrapping a tire chain around the drum and clamping it with a bolt. The position of the chain is critical but obvious when you do the job. With the right piece of wood and a pry bar you can pop the drum off by pulling agains the chain and axel. I think the sticking drum is from a tight fit in the center, something common to a lot of vehicles. gary Date: Sat, 10 May 2003 20:23:22 -0700 From: Steve Delanty <laurasdog@WEIRDSTUFFWEMAKE.COM> Subject: Re: Rear Brakes
