There are a few trick you might want to try. #1) Check the slack in your front wheel bearings. Tighten the lock nut if necessary. #2) Cut a slight 45 degree bevel on the edges of the pad. #3) If the steel slip separators are missing between the pad and brake puck, cut some from coffee can or soft drink can (steel works as well as aluminum.) #4) Get some brake pad goop / I don't know the proper name, it's similar to silicone sealer but 20 times the price. Comes in tiny little flat squeeze packs at about 98 cents each. Two will do the job.
