Best solution: Install new oil cooler seals. Oil filter mount gasket. New oil filter. Check the threads in the oil pressure sender, it may just be a minor leak at this point that collects then settles and dumps once the fan isn't blowing it up into the cylinder and head area. Double check for push-rod tubes sealing and valve cover tensioner springs being very nice and tight. Also gaskets sometimes slip on the valve covers when installing them. Try starting with a very clean engine and the detective work will be reduced.
