The '91 Westy I had for 3 years had them on it when I bought it. Have no idea about any difference in performance but it was an automatic and was responsive. Also had an '80 Jetta I put them on and that made a noticable difference. Both were ceramic coated and the Westy, after having them on for 10 years were beginning to get some corrosion on the fronts of the pipes.

Does anybody have any experiences with using these headers on their Vanagon?

Both the header and muffler run about $500.00 if you have the coated "ceramic"

???????????????????
