Mr. Sam, One of two things is wrong with the LP. The auto fill valve is no good. The bleed valve was not opened when filling. The bleed valve is above the inlet to fill, on the right of it. If this is no good, replace with a manual fill valve, as the older Type 2 Buses have. Woks well.

Good Evening,

Fred

Well I biught the 87 westy to upgrade from my 70 westy and still have asome questions. I went to a gas station to add gas to the tank. The man connected the tank but the tank said it was full and no lp gas went in. Do I have to unscrew something? I did find the filler for the winshield washer reservoir. Does anyone have a spare key for the water tank filler? Sam W Cupertino CA 63 singlecab 70 westy 87 westy auto/PS/AC!!!
