"Does anybody have any experiences with using these headers on their Vanagon?"

I have them on my 87 westy for a year now - work great great fit and noticeable performance, with just a K&N filter and the S&S Header I can pull hills at a solid 80 mph. They are not the most customer service oriented folks - but they do make a good product for the money... search the archives for more info, like Karl Bloss's install blow by blow, etc...
