Ditto. Two weeks ago I had German Trans. do my syncro's tranny. Ken was a great help. Spent some time on the phone with me and considered options for my 4th gear so I could drop my RPM (soob motor etc) He also installed a decoupler for me and sent me back my tranny. Its shifts great and works great. They dressed up the trans on the outside also. It looks brand new. Anyway, a few days ago I noticed the seal at the CV joint was leaking. Called German Trans. and asked them if they would cover the repair (van is at Small Car in Tacoma) They IMMEDIATELY- without hesitation - said yes. Bottom line- Great shop. Really good customer service, and I was even suprised at how good their prices are.
