OK. Take a large blob of really hot plastic of suitable type (one of them gasproof shatterproof polyethenoids), place it in a suitable position under the van, insert a long hose and attach a politician to the free end. Whoosh! Instant form-fitting tank. You need only drill it for filler, gauge sender and feed/return lines.
