I've mentioned this to the list before, but you can add my S&S kit to those that needed a lot of persuasion.

Not only did the holes not line up, but one of the pipes' mating flanges to the head was not parallel with the head. That was my experience. I had to eat partial costs of the install (mechanic ate other part) due to the increased time/difficulty.

S&S was completely unresponsive and unwilling to help, unless i sent the headers back, which meant that i would have been out a van for at least a couple of weeks.

Glad to hear others have had better experiences, though.
