Its a 1987 vw syncro repainted black should be white,I sold it originally to eric claptons tour manager back in 1999 it had 48k miles on it and it was white.......he gave it to his kid and the kid painted it black(crappy job) so it needs paint but after the parents took it back from the kid they took it to a local vw repair shop and spent 3800.00 getting it back to par engine ect ect its solid with no rust and still has all the seats ect its a very workable and desirable unit...........the syncro,s are tough to find or so my experience has shown me.
