The van of which I speak is sitting outside and if the X-mission were good, I would still be running it. I bought it with 120 Kmi. on it. The fellow I bought it from told me that it had been fed synthetic from early on and stressed that I continue with it. He said that every mechanic who had worked on that van commented about what a sweet running engine it had. And it always ran well for me, too, until the X-mission shit the bed. In fact, I might drop it into my driver (136Kmi.) while its engine is out for a rebuild. Then, I can keep the rebuild on hand until the high miler finally, if ever, cries uncle. George |
