Phil, Good question. I don't know. My understanding is that there are: - 4 bolts holding the tranny to the engine - 4 bolts holding the nose of the tranny to the engine - several bracket bolts that need removed I don't know of two bolts on the top of the transmission housing. I do know that the engine and tranny were moving up and down together without too much trouble. I can't imagine these moving so well if the tranny was still attached to the van. Where should I look????
