Message: 11 Chris, I would not be inclined to refresh the grease unless you know what is in there. It is a better idea to pull the axel and remove all the old grease and buy any grease that says it is formulated for cv joints. Not all greases mix together. gary Date: Tue, 20 May 2003 17:08:36 -0600 From: chris <chrisp@xmission.com> Subject: type of grease for CV joints?
Looking for grease from a FLAPS (can only imagine what a VW dealer would want) to refresh my vans CV joints. Is there a specific type of grease to use? Chris
