(I don't think my injector pump is timed quite right, right now.) www.gaspricewatch.com might help you with estimating diesel prices in the areas you'll be driving through, but I often just pick a number I know is conservative (i.e., higher than I'm likely to pay anywhere on the route) and use that. If your van is like mine you should probably also pack a case of 15W40. ;) Food depends a lot on your eating habits. If you plan on cooking in the van you probably won't need to budget more than you would at home.
