My 1986 Syncro Westfalia Joker (high top) came with two batteries, the 2nd battery looks like the factory setup. Today, I installed my new Sony radio so I did some experimenting... I disconnected the ground from the main battery only and I went to see what worked. Here is the list: - The refrigerator - The furnace - The water pump What is missing from the list is the radio and lights. I ran a piece of 12ga wire to the 2nd battery to power the radio so I can listen to it and not worry about not starting in the morning - the remove control will come in really handy! :) All three of my florescent lights are on the main battery - is this normal? Is there is "quick and easy" way to get them transferred over to the 2nd battery? Thanks in advance!
