This is why every couple of years I take my Vanagons to one of those really strict inspectors who will find things like bad ball joints or torn CV boots. *(yah, I know we're supposed to get the same level of inspection from any inspection, but we all know there are easy ones and strict ones.)

Your emissions look like you're running rich (hence the high HC) and your NO isn't all that great either. At least your emissions inspection is good for the next couple of years.
