That looks like a one inch project. Go to the bank. Take a ruler with you. Make a large withdrawal of $100.00 bills and as the teller counts, have her quit when the stack reaches 1 inch high. That should be enough to get that bike on the road again. I'm thinking that you could probably hit some city pound auto auctions and buy a few bikes of older vintage as a parts supply.
