The quick and easy way is to remove fuse #3. Then run a wire with a male spade lug to the hole for the bottom leg of fuse 3 and connect the other end to the 2nd battery with a fuse near the battery end. That's it.

This will put the radio, interior lights, clock, and cig lighter all on the 2nd battery. 1 wire does it.
